Formed in the early 80′s, Re-Flex once had Phil Gould and then Mark King (both Level 42 members) as drummers. The band released the album, The Politics of Dancing, 1n 1983.  The single of the same name made number 28 in The U.K, number 9 in Canada and 25 in West Germany and most importantly Number 1 in the U.S. Dance Charts. This gave the Band exposure on MTV and a tour supporting The Police.

In 1985 EMI decided not to release a subsequent album , Humanication, as it was deemed to be too political.

This cracking New Wave/SynthPop dance track is in our opinion one of the best 80′s One Hit Wonders.
