Born Michael Barratt this man, who grew up in Cardiff, became a true 80′s Legend and likened to Elvis. Shakin’ Stevens or Shaky as (let’s be honest all of us did at some stage) we knew him had the most Top 20 Hits in the 1980s’. He was also the Top selling British Male solo Artist of the 1980′s, not to mention of course his 16 Albums.

His Number One singles were 1981, This Ole House and Green Door. 1982,Oh Julie and 1985′s Merry Christmas Everyone will be fondly remembered for the rather trendy jumper. He also had three singles that made it to Number Two. You Drive Me Crazy, The Shakin’ Stevens EP and  A Love Worth Waiting For.
