I loved the New Romantic Fashion, and owned some brilliant clothes back then, although looking back at the old photos, they do make me cringe a bit.

I rember the shirts that looked like Dentist's Shirts ( buttons down the side as opposed to up the middle) and the very tight jeans….the Limahl haircut and having both ears pierced. Only my Mum has these pictures and will not be seeing the light of day….for any price!!!

I have some classic photos from back then. Yes i had the frilly shirt and knickerbockers, and candy stripped trousers too, whcih came from down Chicargo's in the High Street. I actually wore a bright orange suit with a bright yellow shirt, and matching shoes and a matching strawhat and bag, to my cousins wedding in 1986. My mum has them photos thank goodness.

i had a pair of drainpipes that were tighter than Tony Hadleys and shinier than Martin Fry's, it doesn't make me a bad person…does it?
