FIFA to discuss banning The Snood

It has been widely published that FIFA is considering a ban on all players wearing Snoods, for safety reasons.

A FIFA spokesman said ‘ There maybe a safety issue  – if, for example a player was running through on goal and an opponent grabbed his snood, that could pose a potential danger to his neck.’

Football’s law makers are discussing the issue on March 5th.
