Absolute class. Updated News for 24 Hour Charity Disco Event
Join us on the 27th Anniversary of Live Aid from 1 a.m. on Friday 13th July 2012 at The St George Hotel, New Road, Chatham Kent for a 24 Hour non-stop 80s Disco Charity event.
We are trying to raise as much money as we can for Demelza House Childrens Hospice and have some fun playing your favourite 80s Tracks in doing so.
It would be great to see as many of you there as possible , tickets are £5 each(£7.50 on the night) and can be booked by mailing 80shog@googlemail.com
If you are unable to make it please make a donation, however small, and we will play you a request and give you a mention. Just let us know the details when making your donation.
Due to circumstances out of the control of Absolute Radio, the Rewind Festival Tickets have been withdrawn. However, also Courtesy of Absolute 80s Radio, we now have two pairs of tickets to auction.
1 pair of tickets for Ultravox at The Hammersmith Apollo on 27th September
1 pair of tickets for The Human League at The Royal Albert Hall on 26th November
The tickets are to be auctioned to the highest bidder. Each pair of tickets are to be auctioned separately If you can’t make it to the Charity event on 13th July, simply e-mail your highest bid for these sought after tickets to 80shog@googlemail.com clearly stating what your highest bid is together with your contact details and of course the tickets you are bidding for. The closing date for mailed bids is Thursday 12th July 2012.
The auction will then be carried over to the Charity Function where we will be taking other bids. The highest mailed bid will of course not be revealed at this event.
If the mailed bid is not bettered on the night of The Disco then the mailed bidder will be declared the winner.
If there are identical bids, the person who made the first bid is the winner. All proceeds from the Auction go to Demelza House Childrens Hopsice. As does all ticket entry money.
